Staff must have a positive attitude when they go through training, instead of doing it just because they are required to. You as the employer should help workers know the significance of proper training. Let them know that they could kill or injure not only themselves, but other people, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to ensure that all your staff go through training seriously.
